Most of our plans are defined-contribution plans, which allow employers and employees to specify an annual dollar amount or salary percentage that will be contributed to the plan. These plans include: 401(k)s, Profit Sharing, SIMPLE IRA, SIMPLE 401(k), or SEP plans.

Once we’ve chosen a plan, we’ll manage the implementation including:

• Selecting a qualified third party administrator
• Screening institutional money mangers
• Creating an Investment Policy Statement

We’ll also educate your employees about the plan, handle on-site enrollment, manage the paperwork, and make sure the plan continues to work well for your business.
