Most of our plans are defined-contribution plans, which allow employers and employees to specify an annual dollar amount or salary percentage that will be contributed to the plan. These plans include: 401(k)s, Profit Sharing, SIMPLE IRA, SIMPLE 401(k), or SEP plans.
